          The introductory training course for the Welsh Honey Judge Program will be offered at the 2020 HONEY Convention in Knoxville, TN.  There will be a honey show on Friday the 20th, and the WHJ training class will be on Saturday the 21st.  The introductory training will teach participants the fundamentals of honey show organization and logistics.  The class also includes a hands-on workshop on preparing, showing, exhibiting, and judging bee produce for the show bench.  Individuals who complete the class will be presented with a certificate and a Steward’s jacket.  These individuals will be certified to serve as a judge’s Steward at any Welsh Honey show.
